Child Safety Standards
legal.updatedAt:
This page is Belovia's public Child Safety Standards statement. It applies to belovia.date and our mobile apps.
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE
Belovia prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, and any sexualization of minors. We do not allow such content, conduct, or accounts.
2. Adults only
The Service is for people 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children or allow minors to register. If we learn that a user is under 18, we remove the account and related content.
3. How to report
You can report a threat to child safety:
- In the app: open a chat → Safety tools → Report → choose a reason such as a possible underage user.
- By email: developer@belovia.date (child safety contact) or support@belovia.date.
The reported user is not told who submitted the report.
4. Review and law enforcement
We review child-safety reports. We remove violating accounts and content. Where required by law, we report CSAE to competent authorities (including NCMEC or local law enforcement as applicable) and cooperate with lawful requests.
5. Contact
